K4 Students need to be in their classroom by 8:15am. 5th & 8th grade students need to arrive by 6:00pm at the FLC.
  • Boys wear a white collar shirt, dark pants & closed shoes-any shirt
  • Girls wear dresses

K4 students & parents are invited for refreshments following the graduation in their classrooms. 5th grade will enjoy refreshments and cake in the FLC.

Kids At Heart will take candid photos of the Graduations. These photos will include a group photo of the graduates,  as well as their receipt of diploma, and a picture of the graduate with teacher & principal. All three images will be placed on a CD, cost is $30. Additional order forms are available in the school office. DVD are also available for $28.

The FUMC youth will be participating by engaging the children in fun and appropriate activities.  No official photographer will be present. Parents are invited to take pictures from 6:30m—7:15pm.

The National Day of Prayer has great significance for us as a nation. It enables us to recall and to teach the way in which our founding fathers sought the wisdom of God when faced with critical decisions. It stands as a call to us to humbly come before God, seeking His guidance for our leaders and His grace upon us as a people. The unanimous passage of the bill establishing the National Day of Prayer as an annual event, signifies that prayer is as important to our nation today as it was in the beginning.

Monday -   Breakfast in the Staff Lounge     

Tuesday –  A special surprise from the students

Wednesday – Luncheon in the Coffee House

Thursday – Surprise from PTF

Friday -  Sweet Treats in the Teachers Lounge

 

Parents and School Board, we need your help. On Monday, May 6th, Please bring in items for a “Continental Breakfast” such as: Bagels, Cream Cheese, Pastries, Fruit, Donuts, O.J., Coffee, scrambeled eggs, etc. 

Tuesday, bring a $1 and purchase a flower for your teacher to show her how much you appreciate her.

Wednesday,  we ask a you to adopt a class  so our teachers can eat lunch together at our Coffee House. You can also help us by bringing beverages, salad, fruit, and dessert.

Friday, bring our teachers your favorite homemade dessert such as: cheesecake, key lime pie, chocolate covered straberries, or even a chocolate fountain. Let’s show them how “Sweet” they are!

and begin steps toward their end goals in a hands-on and interactive environment is key to their achieving success.

If your child goes to work with you on 4/25 they will not be marked absent.
