Beginners & K3

*VPK offers a voucher which covers 540 hours of instruction, whereas FUMCS offers 728 hour of instruction. The voucher will be used to offset the cost of tuition when the family is wishing to take advantage of the full and entire program. Families wishing to take advantage of the VPK only school year will begin August, 2012 and end of March, 2013.
Parents that are interested in pursuing the entire K4 program (728 + hours) will be asked to pay a nonrefundable deposit of $225.00 to hold your child’s spot in K4. Once classes begin , this amount will be credited to your annual tuition.

Please be aware that VPK Only (540 hours) children will be placed on a waiting list and will not have a guaranteed spot.

Elementary:

Kindergarten         $4300

1st-5th grade       $4700

Middle School:

6th-8th grade       $5100

 

Payment Plans


There are three payment plans available:

  • Pay yearly tuition in one payment with a (3%) discount if paid on or before August 1. 
  • Pay two lump sum payments with (2%) discount.  The first to be paid on or before August 1.  The second payment to be made on or before January 10, 2013. 
  • Pay (10) monthly payments of equal amount using the Automatic Withdrawal program in which tuition, before and after care charges and all other fees charged to your account are automatically deducted from a checking or savings account.

Supply & Material Fees**-

Yearly norefundable due on or before August 1st. (Excluding K-4)

Preschool:
Beginners & K-3   $150 (Supplies & Books)

Elementary:
Kindergarten        $200 (Book Fee)**
1st-5th grade      $300 (Book Fee)**
6th-7th grade      $400 (Book Fee + Elective Fee)**

** This does not include personal school supplies used by Elementary and Middle School students. A detailed list of supplies that will need to be provided on the first day of school will be mailed by August 1st.

Church Endowment Fee-
Yearly nonrefundable fee of $50.00 per student or $75 per family due to FUMC on or before August 1.

If the child/family is a practicing and active member of the First United Methodist Church in Homestead, this fee is waived.
K4 students are exempt from this fee.

School Endowment Fee-
