We are excited and grateful that you have chosen to become part of the First United Methodist Christian School family.  In order for your 2017-2018 registration to be complete and a space reserved, you will need to do the following for each child you are registering:

1. Completely fill out the Registration Fee Acknowledgment & Financial Contract (found in the Registration/Enrollment Packet above) and return to the Registrar. Include a check made payable to FUMCS for the Registration Fee. These items will secure a space in the desired grade.

2. Visit the school office for a complete Enrollment packet or download the forms at the top of the page.

3.  Use the checklist provided in the above complete Enrollment packet to ensure that all forms are completed and the necessary documentation is gathered. Forward the completed Enrollment packet & required documents to the school’s Registrar.

4. If you are registering a child for the K-4 class and would like to participate in the VPK voucher program you will need to apply for the VPK voucher online at www.vpkhelp.org or at one of the VPK offices.
